Alexander Chagoya is a Senior Analyst for the VictoryShares and Solutions team. In his role, he curates high-quality thought capital and communications that highlight Victory Solutions’ multi-asset, multi-manager, active quantitative, rules-based ETFs and capabilities.

Mr. Chagoya joined Victory Capital in 2020. Prior to becoming an analyst, Mr. Chagoya worked at a national insurance company, where he was a Senior Marketing Manager responsible for developing creative content and partnering with business leads to strategize and execute on corporate communications, both internal and external.

Mr. Chagoya holds a B.S. in psychology from the University of Texas in San Antonio and a certification in digital design from San Antonio College.
