Elie Masri is a Portfolio Manager for the VictoryShares and Solutions team. He is responsible for R&D that supports the exploration and design of factor-based, alternative beta and thematic equity strategies. In addition, he helps create customized solutions to effectively address clients’ specific investment target goals and desired factor exposures. 

Mr. Masri joined Victory Capital in 2008 from Deutsche Asset Management and has 27 years of investment experience. 

Mr. Masri holds a B.B.A. in finance from Baruch College and an M.S. in quantitative methods and modeling from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College.
