Mr. Partida works as an Investment Analyst for the VictoryShares and Solutions team where he provides support for data analytics, manager research, and product management.

Before joining Victory Capital, Mr. Partida spent 9 years of his career at USAA, where he served as an Investment Representative. In this capacity, he played a vital role in assisting clients in achieving their financial objectives. Following this position, Mr. Partida began working with Victory Capital, providing several years of product management experience before transitioning into his current role.

Mr. Partida holds a B.B.A. in Finance from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst® designation holder as well as a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of San Antonio.
