Lela Dunlap, CFA, is head of implementation and a portfolio manager with the VictoryShares and Solutions team. In this role, she oversees the execution of investment strategies and manages the daily operations of the VictoryShares and Solutions portfolios. Ms. Dunlap is also responsible for managing asset allocation strategies in the Victory Cornerstone and Target Retirement Funds.

Ms. Dunlap became part of Victory Capital in July 2019 following its acquisition of the USAA Asset Management Company. She originally joined USAA in 2006 as an investment advisor. From 2010 to 2016, Ms. Dunlap served as a financial analyst in USAA’s corporate finance department before transitioning to the USAA Global Multi-Assets portfolio management team as a research analyst.

Ms. Dunlap earned an MBA from the University of Texas at San Antonio, Texas, and a B.A. in finance from Texas A&M University. Ms. Dunlap holds a Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of San Antonio.
