Anthony Salinas is an investment analyst for the VictoryShares and Solutions team. In this role, he is responsible for implementing trades for all Victory Solutions strategies and VictoryShares ETFs.

Prior to joining Victory Capital Management, Mr. Salinas was a senior specialist in trade & trade support at Charles Schwab where he was a subject matter expert on the Schwab Managed Portfolios and USAA Managed Portfolios products. At Schwab, Anthony oversaw day-to-day trading activities for client requests and Portfolio Manager’s requests. He also traded Third Party model changes and made updates to the portfolio trade targets. Prior to that, Anthony worked at USAA as a managed account admin specialist I.

Mr. Salinas attended Texas State University, formerly known as SWT. He is also a Series 7 license holder.
