Lance Humphrey is a Senior portfolio manager for the VictoryShares and Solutions team. In this role, he co-manages the Cornerstone Strategy, Global Managed Volatility, Income Stock, Global Equity Income, Precious Metals and Minerals, and Target Retirement Funds. 

Mr. Humphrey joined USAA in August 2007. Prior to becoming a portfolio manager, Mr. Humphrey was a research analyst for the Global Multi-Assets Team, focusing on asset allocation research, quantitative investment strategies, risk management, and manager research. 

Mr. Humphrey graduated from Texas State University with a B.B.A. in Finance and the University of Texas San Antonio with a MBA in Finance. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of San Antonio.
