Mauricio De Alba is currently an investment analyst for the VictoryShares and Solutions team. In this role, he is responsible for implementing trades for all Victory Solutions strategies and VictoryShares ETFs.

Prior to joining Victory Capital Management, Mr. De Alba was an associate officer at AllianceBernstein where he managed complex corporate action events affecting various financial instruments and asset classes, with a focus on process improvement and risk management. Additionally, he oversaw private placement deal operations involving the maintenance, tracking, and streamlining of private deals. Prior to that, Mr. De Alba worked as an investment professional at JP Morgan Securities.

Mr. De Alba holds a bachelor’s degree in business management with a concentration in finance from the University of Texas at San Antonio. He is also a series 7 and series 63 license holder.
