Mary Gaertner is the Director of Community Engagement and Inclusion Excellence for Sycamore Capital, where she focuses on building long-term, relationship-driven partnerships with non-profits that are making a significant impact in the team’s local community of Cincinnati, as well as the communities in which our clients reside.

She joined Sycamore Capital in March 2022. Prior to joining the firm, she served as the Executive Director of Girls on the Run Greater Cincinnati.

Ms. Gaertner holds a Bachelor of Science in education from Lee University.

Ms. Gaertner has an extensive history of volunteer work, and currently serves on the Hamilton County Commission on Women and Girls and Anderson Township’s WeTHRIVE! Committee. Additionally, she was a 2019 Cincinnati Business Courier “Forty Under 40” honoree.
