Cody Perkins is a senior portfolio manager of Victory Income Investors, which was formerly known as USAA Investments, a Victory Capital Investment Franchise, and was acquired by Victory Capital in July 2019.  Mr. Perkins joined USAA in 2001 and has 25 years of experience in the investment industry. He joined the money market team in 2007 and has been a portfolio manager on the money market funds since 2018. Mr. Perkins holds a BBA in finance from the University of Texas San Antonio. He is also a CFA® charterholder and is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of San Antonio.
