Andy Hattman is a senior portfolio manager of Victory Income Investors, which was formerly known as USAA Investments, a Victory Capital Investment Franchise, and was acquired by Victory Capital in July 2019. Mr. Hattman became a portfolio manager in 2019. Prior to that he served in various roles with USAA including Asset Allocation Analyst, Municipal Fixed Income Analyst and Municipal Director of Research. Mr. Hattman holds a B.S. from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from Harvard University. He is a CFA® charterholder and a CAIA® charterholder.
