Christopher Clark is a portfolio manager on the RS Growth team. RS Investments was acquired by Victory Capital in July 2016 and is a Victory Capital investment franchise.

Chris Clark has been a member of RS Growth Team since joining the firm in May 2007. Chris has been lead portfolio manager of the RS Biotechnology strategy since 2017, the Victory RS Science and Technology Fund since 2016, and a portfolio manager of the Victory RS Small Cap Growth Fund, Victory RS Select Growth Fund, Victory RS Mid Cap Growth Fund, Victory RS Small Cap Equity Fund, and Victory RS Growth Fund since 2014 and an analyst since 2007. Before joining the firm in 2007, he was a research associate at TIAA-CREF for three years, where he focused on global portfolio management and the health care sector. Prior to that he was a research assistant at Dresdner RCM Global Investors for three years. Chris holds a BA in economics from the University of Virginia. Chris is a CFA Charterholder.
