U-Wen Kok is Chief Investment Officer of the RS Global team and portfolio manager of the Victory RS Global Fund and Victory RS International Fund and has over 34 years of investment experience. RS Investments was acquired by Victory Capital in July 2016 and is a Victory Capital investment franchise.

Prior to joining RS Investments in 2013, Ms. Kok served in a variety of portfolio analyst and manager roles at Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, Barclays Global Investors, and RBC Global Asset Management. Over this time, Ms. Kok was responsible for helping launch and manage U.S. and non-U.S. equity products for these institutions.

Ms. Kok holds a B.A. in economics and political science from the University of Toronto. She is a CFA® charterholder.
