Investment Approach

The Munder Multi-Capitalization strategy seeks capital appreciation through investments in companies that we believe are high-quality with the potential for above-average earnings growth, as well as current earnings momentum.

Philosophy & Process

The management team seeks to identify attractive candidates utilizing a blend of fundamental and technical indicators. Characteristics sought include: companies with 8 up quarters and/or 5 up years of EPS growth; stable to rising earnings growth; high stability of earnings, superior financial strength, attractive valuation versus peer group, and favorable technical indicators. Portfolio weighted average market capitalization is targeted to be within 35% of the Russell 3000® Index’s weighted average market cap. All portfolios are fully invested with a cash level targeted at 2% or less.
